General Conditions for Booking and Participating in a Guided Tour

  • The availability request submitted through the specific form on the albertoburzi.it website does not constitute a booking confirmation; the visit is considered confirmed only after written communication (via email) from Az. Agr. Alberto Burzi.
  • Availability requests are generally processed within 5 working days; we kindly ask that you do not send follow-up inquiries before that time.
  • Az. Agr. Alberto Burzi reserves the right to request advance payment for the guided tour. Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, and PayPal.
  • All prices are inclusive of VAT; any advance payments made are considered as paid on account.
  • Please inform us in advance of any allergies, food intolerances, or specific dietary requirements. We cannot accept responsibility if not notified beforehand.
  • Visits are open to people of all ages, but wine tastings are reserved for adults of legal drinking age.

 

General conditions for modification or cancellation of a guided tour:

  • Any changes (such as schedule, number of participants, etc.) must be communicated via email within a maximum of 2 working days from the date of the tour, including name, surname, and contact phone number. Following this communication, Az. Agr. Alberto Burzi reserves the right to confirm or cancel the scheduled tour. Any advance payments made may be retained as compensation for incurred costs or refunded in the form of a voucher for a future visit.
  • Az. Agr. Alberto Burzi reserves the right to modify or cancel the event at any time due to force majeure and/or impossibility (including, but not limited to, instances such as weather events that make the event organization impossible, impediments caused by the Covid-19 emergency, etc.). In such cases, participants are assured of a full refund of any amounts paid, which will be processed using the same payment method used for the booking.

 

General rules of conduct for visitors:

  • Visitors must arrive within the chosen arrival time slot. In case of last-minute issues, please promptly contact Az. Agr. Alberto Burzi using the phone numbers provided upon booking confirmation.
  • In case of non-participation in the tour (no-show), no refund of any advance payments made as a deposit is provided.
  • Tutti i visitatori sono pregati di seguire sempre le indicazioni dei propri accompagnatori e le prescrizioni affisse presso i locali oggetto della visita (es. normativa anti Covid).
  • Please pay close attention to moving vehicles (e.g., forklifts).
