Located in the Capalot cru, this vineyard is the oldest within our estate (80 years old) and it’s facing South at 300m a.s.l.

winemaking

The maceration can last between 35 and 45 days and it’s characterised by the old-fashioned technique of the submerged cap. The long skin contact and high concentration of the grapes give birth to complex aromas and a very persistent aftertaste. The aging continues in 30Hl oak casks and then, in concrete before being bottled.
