The grapes come from young vineyards (below 15 years of age) located in La Morra.

winemaking

Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled tanks made of stainless steel. After approximately 10 days of skin contact, the wine is drawn off. The winemaking continues with a passage of a couple of months in oak and a minimum of 3 months in concrete tanks before bottling.

The aim is to emphasize the pure fruit of Nebbiolo grapes maintaining a nice freshness and containing the power of tannins.
