vineyard

Located in La Serra MGA, the vineyard was planted in 2013 at 450m a.s.l. with East exposure. The soil is characterised by the massive presence of La Morra conglomerates.

winemaking

Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature with daily pumping over; maceration can last from 35 to 45 days with the submerged cap method in the final stage. The aging continues in 20 Hl Austrian oak barrels and later, in concrete tanks before bottling.
